Stéphanie Kowalew
I am very sensitive to the world around me, and well aware of my femininity in a sphere of men. I am learning to navigate with love, vivacity and elegance in this storm that sometimes inhabits me in the face of such a simple world that has sometimes become too complex.
Very far from being a materialist, I am a woman full of contradictions in the face of my profession and the space I want to occupy. I am curious and creative. I like to travel, to discover different parts of the world. Intuitive, I learn to rely on the great people around me.
Full of ideas and always eager to find a solution , I see no limits. Gained a strong passion for real estate from a young age, I did not understand how someone could buy Place Ville Marie or the Sun Life building. How do we get there in life?
It was during my first real estate internship at age 20 in a commercial mortgage brokerage firm that I discovered it. That I understood the power and importance of leverage in real estate.
Now I'm using that power to fulfill your real estate ambitions.

Brigitte Carré
I have worked for nearly 35 years with young teenagers in difficulty and their families. I have more specifically accompanied young people in social reintegration into their families and towards autonomy during the last 12 years of my career.
This experience allowed me to know all the possible types of housing: community, social, housing cooperatives, etc.
Our young people, who had to live independently when they turned 18, had very little financial means, so all types of affordable housing became necessary for them.
My strengths are organization and concern for others. At the beginning of September 2020, I decided to offer my help to Stéphanie, my daughter, because I saw her overwhelmed with her work and preparing to open her own brokerage firm.
The time I offered, turned into a part-time job as an assistant to my daughter. My expertise lead me to support Stéphanie, her collaborators, and her clients in their various needs.
Affordable housing is not easy to find, in my experience, you have to search a lot. These apartments may be accessible, but often they are unsanitary. The mission of Effet Papillon Financement is therefore important to me.
